Welcome Jacob to Apsay Sports Academy! Great first couple of workouts. He has a great feel for the game already and has had good coaching prior. Can’t wait to further expand on his already good fundamentals and shooting mechanics. Love his attitude to get better!

In the video above, I introduced him to a rhythm skip step to get into a catch and shoot or gathering momentum to push off that back foot into a quick first step drive. You can shoot ,drive, or pass out of this movement making it a very versatile addition to his arsenal.
