Job Title: Golf Course Maintenance / Grounds Crew
​Location: Canyon Country Club
Position Type: Full-Time/Seasonal
​Position Summary
​We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our outdoor maintenance team. As a member of the grounds crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of the golf course.
​Key Responsibilities
• ​Turf Management: Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• ​Course Detailing: Hand-rake, trim trees and shrubs, and weedeating.
• ​Course Set-up: Maintain ball washers and sand bottles. Set ropes and stakes. Clean up before and after tournaments.
• ​Equipment Care
• ​Special Projects: Assist with sodding, seeding, irrigation repairs, and debris removal.
*ANY OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED*
​Requirements & Qualifications
• ​Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, lifting, walking) for extended periods.
• ​Weather Resilience: Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and early morning dew.
• ​Schedule: Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• ​Reliability: Strong punctuality and a professional attitude.
• ​Experience: Prior experience in landscaping or golf course maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
