Golf Course Operations & Grounds Maintenance Associate
Position Type: Full-Time, Some weekends may be required
Position Summary:
Canyon Country Club is seeking a hardworking, versatile, and reliable team member to support both our Grounds Maintenance crew and Outside Cart/Range Operations. In this dual role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the course’s aesthetic beauty while ensuring our fleet and range operations sun seamlessly for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Turf Care: Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Course Detailing: Hand-rake, trim trees and shrubs, and perform weed-eating.
• Course Serup: Maintain ball washers, sand bottles, ropes, and stakes; assist with pre- and post-tournament cleanup.
• Equipment Care & Projects: Assist with sodding, seeding, irrigation repairs, debris removal, and routine equipment upkeep.
• Fleet Management: Clean, detail, stage and rotate golf carts for daily play, ensure carts are plugged into chargers and secured at night.
• Range Operations: Operate the range picker vehicle to collect balls, wash range balls, and keep balls in the cart barn stocked.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain overall cleanliness and organization inside the cart barn, patio, and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in varying weather conditions.
Must have valid driver’s license to operate carts, range picker, and other maintenance vehicles.
We are looking for someone with open availability- mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays may be required.
Prior experience in landscaping or golf course maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work etic.
