D1 for WT the Future of WTAMU - West Texas A&M University

WT needs to pull head out of their butt because Tech made the decision to grow bigger and better and WT chose to be small and crappy forever. D1 rocks. D2 sucks.

This needs to be the future of WTAMU because the population size of Amarillo and Canyon means WT should really have more than 25,000 college students. Bigger and better and smarter.

Texas Tech has 41,000 college students who spend millions of $$$$ in Lubbock stores and restaurants and the size of Amarillo means WTAMU should really have over 20,000 college students and they would be spending money in Amarillo.

It’s time for WT to go back to D1 folks. Bigger and better and smarter and WT was D1 from 1910 to 1985. More students and more money and D1 has a better academic rating. Let’s get this done. 👍

WT needs to needs to learn how to grow bigger and better with more students and WT needs to quit the stay small forever because the Amarillo metro population of 270,000 means WT should really have over 20,000 students in classes on the campus. A bigger and better WTAMU. D1 ↗️

Pay attention because Wendler and the WT faculty want to keep our school small and tiny forever so they are going to sink the WT sports programs to try and stop any D1 talk.

D1 is a better value for the money and a degree from a D1 university will most often get you a better job with a bigger salary.

Sounds like WT needs to pull head out of butt and start growing bigger with more students. Amarillo is big with a metro area of 270,000 people so WT has no excuse to be small forever. WT faculty is the problem. WTAMU should be a much bigger and better D1 university. No more small WT.

The 260,000 size of the Amarillo metro area population means WT should really be a D1 university with at least 20,000 to 25,000 students. Bigger and Better and Smarter. ↗️

WT needs to look and learn because D1 at Tarleton is bigger and better and smarter than WT trying to stay small forever with Wendler and the D2 nonsense. WT should really have more than 20,000 students with the size of the Amarillo metro population.
