We are a registered Yoga Alliance studio that is small, intimate studio, located in Southwest Florida We would love to hear from you!

Our mission is to create a place not just for the physical practice of yoga, but to incorporate the “yogic lifestyle”. With that said, we plan to offer massage, reflexology, essential oils, vegetarian cooking demonstration classes, workshops, informational lectures, retail merchandise, and much more.
