This weekend our NJ timing team- Nate, Frank and Mike- will be timing the Sea Girt 5K in beautiful Sea Girt NJ. https://runsignup.com/Race/NJ/SeaGirt/SeaGirt5KFunRun2022
The event sold out at 3500 entrants and is now a major Jersey shore road race.

7/8:
Here is a photo of me before the start of the Cape Coral Bridge Run on July 4th - It was hot as hell and there were 900+ entrants - a record number for the event.

7/5:
The 2026 Sea Girt 5K Classic is now sold out with 3500 runners. This is the earliest that the event has sold out. Thank you to all the runners who made this possible.

Linda and I were shopping at our local Publix in Cape Coral today and we ran into a couple wearing a Phillies Shirt - There are plenty of Phillie fans here in the Cape full time.
