It's Friday, so it's time for another Weekend Rundown! Hopefully we'll see cooler temps soon!

Tonight: OVC Conference Preview at the Osage Center, 6:00pm. SEMO's hosting, and it's a good look at what's coming when the conference championships are held here in October.

Saturday morning is the Central XC Invite at the Osage Grass Track, 9:00AM start.
It’s the same course the college teams are running tonight at the OVC Preview, which makes for a fun back-to-back if you catch both. Our local high schoolers have been putting in the work all season, so go out and make some noise for them. Bring a chair and a coffee, it's good XC weather.

Saturday is also the 13th Annual Nolan Weber Believers 5K in Jackson, at the high school soccer field parking lot behind the Junior High. There's a 5K and a 1-mile fun run/walk, and it benefits Believing Beyond, which provides scholarships and support for local families facing childhood illness. Online registration is closed but you can still sign up race morning. Bring the dog, they're welcome!

HOKA Demo Night is this Wednesday, September 23rd at 6:30. Try some HOKA Clifton or Clifton Pro's on in action, hang out with us, and get ready for a water balloon game courtesy of our rep Zach! It's sure to be a great time!
