Southeast MO State Sundancers

The Sundancers are a nationally ranked dance team for Southeast Missouri State University. DTU 2019 Team Dance and Battle National Champions.

The Sundancers promote spirit at sporting events and in the community of Cape Girardeau. Since 1997, the Sundancers have competed at the National level. In 1999, the Southeast Sundancers earned a 7th place honor at the NDA Collegiate National Championship and placed 9th in 2007.

We’re calling ALL former Sundancers back to SEMO for Homecoming Weekend, October 16–17! Whether it’s been a few months or many years since you danced on the sidelines, we would LOVE to have you back with us! ❤️

📍 Friday, October 16 | 5–7:30 PM
Join us for Houck field rehearsal followed by an alumni mixer with light hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a time to reconnect!

🏈 Saturday, October 17 | HOMECOMING
Take the field for a one-minute Sundancers Alumni performance during a first-quarter timeout! Choreography will be sent ahead of time, and we’re keeping it fun, showy, and something everyone can feel great performing!

Registration includes your Sundancers Alumni shirt, and proceeds from the weekend will directly support the current Sundancers program.
