Tomorrow evening, Tuesday, Sept 15 stroke school is cancelled due to the pool heater being broken. It should be fixed for Thursday’s practice. Make up for tomorrow evening will be September 28, 6:30-7:15.

'26-'27 U.S. National Junior Team! - 100 back, 100 fly, 100 free.

The USA Swimming National Junior Team is one of the most prestigious accomplishments in age group swimming. The USA Junior National Team represents the fastest and most accomplished 18-and-under swimmers in the United States. Selection is based on qualifying performances against the best young athletes in the country, with only a select number of swimmers earning a spot in each Olympic event.

If you didn’t know RCA still has a swimmer competing in the long course season! RCA’s own Ty Thomas is competing for team USA at the JR PAN Pacific Championships. Tune in tonight at 7:00pm to watch Ty and the rest of team USA compete.

Tonight Ty swims in the A final for the 50 back! Click on the YouTube link to cheer them on from home. You can also find the meet on meet mobile by looking for the 2026 Junior Pan Pacific Championships. We have been watching and the competition has been so fun to watch.
