The dance center in San Clemente is offering a 6 week class for mommies and babies. DANCE your way back into shape with your bundle of JOY! With the little ones snuggled into baby carriers, new moms learn basic steps to latin rhythms and popular music from a zumba instructor, while babies are snuggled close in their baby carriers keeping the beat with their mommies in motion. This class offers a great workout, a chance to socialize with other moms, and an opportunity to introduce one’s child to music and movement. If you have a child 3 and under they are welcome as well for an extra $5. I have brought my daughter and she danced part of the time and colored the other part of the time.
$8 a class if you sign up for the 6 weeks or $10 drop in class. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Class Location:
