Aging healthfully. That's my main goal in a nutshell. ⁣

I want to eat foods that align with good health, that energize me, keep me strong, fight inflammation and more. I'm interested in workouts that necessarily challenge me and make sense for me and my goals. ⁣
⁣I made it to 52,and that's a blessing, especially today. Too many people my age did not. ⁣
⁣
I'm thankful to have started exercising and making healthy food choices two decades ago. Too many people my age did not. ⁣
⁣
Or, they did and let life steal them away from making health a priority. As a single mom and full-time entrepreneur, I get how that happens. ⁣

Can you overcome and come back from it? Yes you can. ⁣
⁣
My mission now is built on empowering women on the other side of 40 to age healthfully, too. Let's get older and better!

We have no choice but to age. It’s an honor and privilege. But we can choose how we do it. 💚💪🏽
