Summer is around the corner and so are big south swells! As per usual, .star has hand picked specific topics for this month that align perfectly with the beginning of the summer season. There’s no better time than summer to introduce yourself or someone else to surfing (Intro Immersion), or to get more comfortable in a crowded lineup (positioning in a crowded lineup), or make sure you can pull off the take off to earn the respect of others (Takeoff Techniques), or to make sure you look like you’ve been surfing for a lifetime (Stances, Styles, and Footwork). Happy (belated) New Year from CSP! We had an incredible summer with plenty of waves to go around! Really looking forward to 2026 to get more involved in local events and build more community around the development of surfing and surf culture! Thank you all for your support throughout 2025! Laney has put together an incredible part two series for the month of November. Kicking it off with Surf Training X Fitness this Saturday, November 8th at 3:30pm. Then wrapping it up with an Elegant Endings Clinic Sunday, November 23rd at 2:00pm. With 5 other clinics taught by Laney throughout the month, this is the chance to get ready for winter!
