Last chance! There are still a couple of spots open in this weekend's silks workshop with longtime Cirque du Soleil performer (Mystere, Auana, MJ “ONE”, O) and Las Vegas aerial coach Mia Chabira. She's at Cirque.Tumble.Cheer tomorrow and Sunday, teaching students how to connect movement, move with intention, and perform — even as a beginner. For intermediate students, it’s about going beyond skills.
She'll show you how to create your own ideas, explore your originality, and find your unique style.

Unleash your inner power with Jess Waters!

Meet Jess, a dynamic aerial artist and instructor with over a decade of expertise in the air. From her roots as a competitive gymnast to performing on touring stages and at festivals like VivaFest, Jess brings a lifetime of movement mastery to every class.

Specializing in silks, straps, and aerial sphere, her coaching style blends strong foundations and technique. She also emphasizes injury prevention, approaching her craft with a sense of curiosity and creative exploration!

DARING DROPS will be on May 3 from 2:30 until 4 pm and will focus on all things aerial silks drops! In this workshop, you'll learn and work on a variety of different styles and types of drops, from multi-rotation/directional drops to open drops, rolls, and connecting drop sequences in many different directions.

This workshop is designed to help you build your trick repertoire, challenge your abilities, and give you the techniques you need to safely learn new drops, feel more confident in understanding and checking your wraps, and add a new wow factor to your skill vocabulary!

This workshop is suitable for ages 10+

Pre-requisites for this workshop include: Ability to climb fabric twice consecutively & do at least one inverted climb, ability to straight-leg straddle invert in the air multiple times in a row without tagging feet, reasonable stamina to stay in the air for 1-2 min, ability to do 5-10 straight leg lifts, and hold a hollow hold on the floor for 45sec-1 min.
