From beginners learning the basics to advanced students mastering spins, strikes, and combinations, every class is an opportunity to grow and challenge themselves. The Jahng B**g (Bo Staff) helps develop balance, timing, body control, and respect for traditional martial arts training.
We are proud of the hard work, determination, and positive attitudes our students bring to class each week. Keep practicing, keep improving, and keep reaching for your goals!
