✨ The Crystal Resonance Experience ✨

Join us Friday, September 18 at 7:00 p.m. for a sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, soften and return to yourself.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork and two gentle yin poses to prepare the body for rest, followed by a chakra-focused crystal bowl journey with aromatherapy, eye pillows and a personal intention card. We’ll close with tea and time for community connection.

No yoga or sound-healing experience is needed—simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. 🤍

Three clicks of the heels might point you toward home—but sometimes the real journey is remembering that the way home has been within you all along. ✨

That was our theme in class today, inspired by Day One of Meditations from the Mat. A special thank-you to one of our wonderful members for lending me the book and giving us the spark for such a meaningful practice.

We were also so happy to welcome back a fellow yoga teacher from Chicago. She first came to practice with us over Thanksgiving and returned to visit us again today. It always means so much when someone finds their way back to our little studio. 🖤

Different paths and different places, all meeting on the mat for movement, connection and a chance to remember:

We aren’t here to become someone new. We’re here to come home to who we already are.

Morning Yoga Reset
Wednesdays • 8:30 AM

If you’ve been craving a class that gives you permission to slow down instead of push harder, this one is for you.

Morning Yoga Reset is a slower, more intentional practice where we’ll hold poses longer and give the body time to truly open and release. Each week may look a little different, incorporating Yin-inspired movement, deep stretching, bolsters, straps, rolling out, breathwork, and plenty of space for a longer meditation.

This isn’t about how much you can accomplish on your mat. It’s about creating space to breathe, reconnect, and start your day feeling a little lighter.
