Practices start Monday September 14, 2026. Practice times are broken down by age group and are listed on the registration form.
Parent Meeting - Wednesday September 23, 2026 @ 6:15p - PLEASE try to attend!
I want to point out - swimmers swim their age as of December 1st. The age limit for winter season is 14. If your swimmer is headed to 9th grade, they may still be eligible to swim winter club!! If you're not sure, please reach out!
High school swimmers practicing with club in preparation for preseason are FREE!
One major change this season - you do not have to be a resident of Red Lion School District to swim with RLAC. We are able to take swimmers from any district! If you know anyone who may have kids interested in swimming, please share the registration form with them, or have them email me at [email protected].
