✨Celebrate Yoga and Community with us!

This donation based experience benefits Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, the institution where many of our beloved yoga instructors earned their teaching credentials.
At 2:00pm on June 20th, students from studios near and far (including here at Simply Yoga and Fitness) will join together in an online Welcome by Niisa Morton, Pranakriya’s Executive Director AND a Centering by Yoganand Michael Carroll, Founder of Pranakriya Yoga.
After the online welcome and centering, here in our studio, Amy Necci, Pranakriya Program Director and Simply Yoga & Fitness Instructor will guide you through a Meditative Posture practice.
This nourishing practice, appropriate for all levels, focuses on slow movements designed to help you go inside, explore, and release stress. The class will end with a guided meditation/relaxation.
Refreshments and time for community building will follow the practice and the event will conclude at 4:00pm.
Yoga for a Cause: Pranakriya without Borders, a Community Event, is a unique opportunity to practice a Pranakryia style class at our home studio and be a part of a world wide yoga event and generate funds for Pranakryia School of Yoga Healing Arts.
100% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Pranakryia School of Yoga Healing Arts.
Due to the nature of this event, it is only available in-studio. To donate, choose any amount as you complete the registration process. The donation will be processed through your credit card.

Restore Your Core® is a pelvic floor and core rehab program that strengthens and addresses your whole body. This will give you a crash course in breathing, alignment and core "dos and don’ts" for more functional core engagement and pelvic floor health.
This is also great as a refresher course if you have done RYC® before or want to learn what to expect in RYC® classes and the 6-week beginner series at the studio.
This workshop is beginner friendly and all fitness levels are welcome!

✨Ready to be Restored?
Our next 6 week beginner series, Restore Your Core® Foundations, starts Thursday, July 30th with Michele Landis, owner and director of Simply Yoga and Fitness, 500hr RYT, and Restore Your Core® professional with over 20 years teaching experience.
Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.
This step by step movement based program will help you heal from chronic back pain, hip pain, and core and pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, sneeze p*e, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti.
Each week you will receive related readings and or podcasts, short videos to exercise your new skills, and classes are recorded in case you want to review the information or need to miss a class. Additionally, this class is offered in studio and virtually, and you can choose week to week which way you would like to attend.
Plus, your purchase of the series comes with a one week unlimited exploration pass to use after the series ends so you can try out the RYC classes we have on the schedule (and anything else).
Classes will take from 6:30-8:00pm on Thursdays starting July 30th through September 3rd, 2026.
