May is National Bike Month, and this Friday is Bike to Work Day! ๐ด If you bike to work, snap a photo before or after your commute and e-mail it to [email protected] for the chance to win a prize!
Why bike to work? In addition to physical and environmental benefits, bicycling can provide mental health benefits by reducing stress and improving your mood. Choosing to ride a bike (or walk) when you are able lets you get to know your neighborhood and community better and see things you might miss while driving.
