We know… showing up late to your very first Lagree class and still expecting to hop on the Megaformer feels reasonable in the moment. 😂

But the Mega is not a treadmill, bike, or “figure it out as we go” machine. It’s a powerful piece of equipment that requires a full walkthrough, spring explanation, safety setup, movement demo + instructor attention BEFORE class starts.
If you arrive late to your first class, you will not be allowed into class. No exceptions.
And yes… even if class “just started.” 😊
Why? Because once class begins, the instructor’s focus needs to stay on the clients already moving safely through class — not trying to explain the Mega while 13 people are lunging on moving platforms. 😅

This policy is about:

❤️ fairness to clients who arrived on time
❤️ protecting the Lagree experience for everyone
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class. We promise it makes your experience SO much better. 🤍
