There’s a reason the PFC experience feels the way it does. ✨

At the heart of it is Megan 👸 A leader who brings more than two decades of experience, an endless curiosity for learning, and a genuine passion for people to everything she does.

As Program Director, Megan is constantly looking for ways to make the guest experience better, more meaningful, and more memorable. She leads with energy and expertise, but also with the kind of warmth that makes people feel comfortable, capable, and cared for.

Her goal isn’t simply to help guests get stronger or healthier while they’re here. It’s to help them discover what they’re capable of and leave with the confidence to carry that feeling home.

We’re proud to have Megan at the helm. 🤍
