Don't forget to REGISTER for February's Skate Rising! This will ensure a smooth check-in process, which translates to more time skating! This month, we will encourage the girls to focus on starting their day with a positive message to themselves and help them implement this practice by having them decorate "self-love mantra journals" to take home. Our hope is that journaling will help them to recognize when they are having negative thoughts and learn how to challenge them with daily affirmations. If you would like to help us encourage the kids of North County Lifeline please bring any new journals and/or markers, crayons and colored pencils to donate.
