Just Dance Competition Team

To start off our season with a bang, the Just Dance! Competition Team solos, duos and trio competed at the LA Dance Magic competition in Dallas, Tx. It was an incredible weekend watching our competitors strut their stuff both on the stage and during workshops taught by professionals in the dance world. They represented our studio and Carlsbad so very well and made us so very proud. Congratulations to all of our team!

On Valentine's Day weekend, the Just Dance! Studio Competition Team attended the Showstopper dance competition in Waco, Texas. This was the first time that all of our groups, solos, and duets were able to perform and show what they're made of. They did such a fantastic job even with all of the fast changes and demands that were put on them! The Just Dance! Staff was beaming with pride and so excited for all of these dancers and watching how much progress they have made this year! Way to go dancers! Miss Cheri would also like to think our prop and set crew, all of the parents, and her wonderful staff for making this competition season such an amazing success! You are all wonderful!

This past weekend, the Just Dance! Studio Competition Team attended the Starpower Dance Competition in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was so exciting to see their progress since the last competition! All of the dancers did an amazing job and came home with so many awards and accolades! The Just Dance!staff and all of the parents are so very proud of them! What a way to end our season in a strong manner! Here are some of the pictures from the weekend.

Our kids are doing such an amazing job here in Dallas, showing what they're made of! Another great night at LA Dance Magic last night! Our senior trio won 1st place and 2nd place overall! Our teen hip hop duet also won 1st place! Mali got called back for her scholarship audition and invited to attend Final Cut this summer! We are so proud of each and every dancer, whether they competed, or just came to challenge themselves and learn from some of the best in the business! Way to represent, Just Dancers!!

I'm so very proud of our Just Dance! Soloists and duet! They all performed amazingly well and received platinum and elite platinum medals! Way to go for our first competition of the season! Now onto classes and our trio tomorrow. Can't wait to see them challenge themselves in workshops! Way to represent!
