🌙 My ode to the ZYIA 790! The Black Pocket Light n Tight Hi-rise 7/8 24".

These are my very FIRST pair of ZYIA leggings that I received in my Rep Kit when I signed up to rep the line over 4 years ago! And they’re still like brand NEW! They’re a M, which show you just how vintage they are since ZYIA does numerical sizing now in their leggings (so they’re a 6-8).

They’re the leggings that put ZYIA on map…high waisted, 4 way stretch fabric, sweat wicking material, pockets, compressive and an instant “tummy tuck”.

I always say, they’re the legging that makes you look better than you actually are! And you can go from your workout to the mall in them (like I did this morning) without missing a beat and feeling put together in all the right places.

ZYIA. Truly quality activewear that LASTS! ❤️❤️❤️

🌙 Faded Brick Tybee Island Dress. Same dress as last week, but a stunning brick color. 😍

🌙 In the gym …which has always been a HUGE struggle for me. I’m a cardio girl…preferably outside. But, I’ve been doing a lot of listening to podcasts lately on the topic of longevity and recently have really acknowledged the importance of strength training in aging…gracefully / strong.

“The two metrics that most significantly related to longevity are cardio respiratory fitness (aka cardio) and strength. “

That is a quote from (a longevity science Dr) who I follow after listening to him on a podcast. His motivation behind staying strong & fit himself is to be able to get on the floor and play with his future grandkids comfortably (his own kids are still young). What an amazing / sweet goal. ❤️

I too want to grow old being the best I can be.

So I’m slowly but surely changing my attitude about the gym and trying to get my strength training in my exercise routine at least 3 times a week. Better late than never…health is wealth. 💪

Btw…everyone needs a pair of these leggings…they’re my favorite…at the moment. 🤣
