PSP, Inc., the parent company for Core Strengths Accountability and TotalSDI, is a global leader in training and assessments that have helped over 2 million people better understand what drives their behavior and the behaviors of others. TotalSDI, a suite of assessments and programs, and Core Strengths Accountability, a skill-based training program based on those tools, are unique in their ability

Since opening its doors in 1971, PSP has grown to include offices in 14 countries. Through TotalSDI and Core Strengths Accountability - PSP has trained more than 2 million people in 20 languages. TotalSDI centers on two foundational assessments, the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and the Strengths Portrait. These assessments take only a few minutes to complete, but yield insights that people intuitively understand, relate to, and can easily apply in their teams. Core Strengths Accountability uses the SDI and the Strengths Portrait to develop of the skill of accountability in a one-day program.
