Pilates & Pints 🍺💪🏽🌸

Last weekend we celebrated Mother’s Day by bringing together strong women, movement, community, and a little fun. We loved creating a place to celebrate the woman in our lives – including ourselves.

The morning started with a 45 minute mat Pilates class followed by a complementary pint of beer or seltzer at the brewery to keep the celebration going.
