Margie Garrett My review: I am excited for the updated offerings that Joe is willing to expand. While athletics is a main focus, wellness, mobility, and flexibility is important for those in the athletics of life! This program is for every person to win the game of life! 5 stars.

Worked with a client who could not sit on her heals and when she tried she got tight pain behind her Left knee. Instead of working directly with the knee we worked with her left and right elbow and shoulders. In 10 min she was able to sit on her knees like a child no tightness, full range of motion and pain level of 3 from a 9!
Are you ready to unlock your body's full potential!? Message me to set up your next training session!
