This Saturday, our dancers are trading the studio for one of Indianapolis’ most beloved celebrations of the arts.
Indiana Ballet Conservatory is proud to return to the 59th Annual Penrod Arts Fair at Newfields - “Indiana’s Nicest Day.”

For one day, thousands of people come together to celebrate artists of every kind - painters, sculptors, musicians, dancers and creators from across Indiana and beyond. And we are thrilled that IBC’s young artists will be among them.

CONGRATULATIONS to former IBC student - and Miss Illinois - KATE DIMMETT on being awarded 2nd Runner Up at Miss America! 🇺🇸 Wow! We remember Kate and her sister Meg from their time with us so fondly, and extend our warm congratulations to the whole family! 💞

Oh, and fun fact: Miss America is a former professional ballet dancer with connections to some of our alumni as well - small 🌎!
