Congratulations to our very own! Family member, friend, employee of BH! Justin Pagal! who placed 8th. in the bantam weight division at Nationals this past weekend in Florida. This was Justin’s 2nd. Show & his first National show!!! Justin held his own like he always does! His work ethic says it all. No excuses mentality that’s how champions are formed. Congratulations to coach as well! For the excellent guidance his physique speaks for himself! Great job guys!!
