Over the past season, we’ve taken a hard look at why we teach dance and how to serve our families even better. After a lot of reflection, we’re stepping forward with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to greatness.

💥 YES — the Full-Time Program is happening.
I know some of you have been asking, and here’s the deal: we’re not accepting students just to fill slots. If it’s 2 students or 20, they’ll be getting world-class training every single day. That’s our standard. That’s our promise.

We’re locked in. And it feels good to be doing this for the right reasons. 💜

Our first Open House is today! Excited to meet the new families and say hello to familiar faces. It's such a cool feeling to see a young person that is HIGHLY motivated, HIGH disciplined, and capable of SO MUCH, walk into The Shed and feel like they have found their people.

Week 2 starts Monday! Charging up!

Doing great work at a high level isn’t easy. It requires you to look hard at yourself to uncover how you can be better. Which is an easy way to see how you’re not already perfect. It’s all about the voice you choose to listen to. That will determine how much you grow, or how long you stay stuck.

It’s a core tenant in our curriculum. Make peace with your mistakes, youre not perfect. The good news is, you don’t have to be. You just have to be honest and do the work to grow. If young people are encouraged this way, it’s way more likely that they’ll embrace those hard conversations with themselves instead of avoiding them.
