We loved welcoming our preschool families last night for Meet the Teacher! Our classrooms were filled with excited little learners meeting their teachers, exploring their new classrooms, and getting ready for a fun year of learning and growing together.

In Memoriam: Commissioner Tim Powers.

The Carol Stream Park District mourns the passing of longtime Park Commissioner and former Board President Timothy P. “Tim” Powers.

Tim served the Park District and Carol Stream community for more than 19 years, providing leadership through significant park and facility improvements, District achievements and expanded community partnerships.

The Board of Commissioners will formally recognize Tim’s years of service and lasting contributions at the September 28 Board Meeting.

🎃 TRICK OR TREAT TRAIL | OCTOBER 24
Get those costumes ready! Join us at Red Hawk Park for a spooktacular afternoon of trick-or-treating, festive games and activities, and bouncy house fun.

🍬 A community favorite for collecting plenty of candy! Follow the approximately 1.1-mile trail and stop at candy spots along the way.
