We offer traditional martial arts training in Wah Lum Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan Come join our Wah Lum Family!

Wah Lum Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese martial arts system. Our program focuses on many aspects within our style of Kung Fu and Tai Chi including forms, weaponry, self-defense, body strengthening, balance, and flexibility. There is no better way to get in shape than learning a 400 year old art. We meet every Monday and Fridays at the Farmers Branch Recreation Center start

Congrats to our brothers and sisters from Wah Lum Kung Fu and Tai Chi of Melbourne!

Congratulations to our kung fu competitors at the International Chinese Martial Arts Championship in Orlando this weekend! 🙌 It was an intense day of competition and fun along with our Wah Lum Kung Fu Temple cousins. We brought home 2 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals.
