The Storm enter game week 9 with confidence after 2 consecutive wins to keep the playoff hopes alive. We return home for a crucial HOME match in Carrollton against Charlottetowne Hops this Saturday July 1 at 7pm. Let’s pack out the stadium for a big playoff push! ⚡️

STORM ⚡️WINS⚡️a crucial match in Knoxville against 865 Alliance. This second consecutive win keeps our playoff push alive and now we return home on Saturday for a deciding game against Charlottetowne Hops in a massive battle for a top 4 spot. Tonight’s game got off to a fast back and forth start before seeing a goal in the 35th minute by Alex Guzman. Renan Diniz volleyed a through ball to put Alex 1v1 against the defender whom he dribbled down and slotted a right footed finish in the side netting. The first half and second half were marked with several top class saves from Robert Bailey. The first half goal would prove to be the deciding factor in our 1-0 victory. Let’s get excited about our massive home game on July 1st as we push for the playoffs!

🌩️MATCH DAY 🌩️ less than 3 hours until kickoff in Knoxville against 865 Alliance. Our roster today has two 06’ Storm Academy players available for selection, Isaac Cruz and Baden Derringer. Today is a very important match as each team is fighting for a playoff spot. Stream link is in our story.

A hard fought win in Carrollton against the conference leaders on Saturday. We head to Knoxville this Saturday to continue the fight for our playoff spot in the NPSL Southeast Conference.

Storm WINS⚡️The Storm took on the conference leaders, Apotheos, on Saturday night in Carrollton. Storm took the lead early in the first half after drawing a free kick. Greg Stratton curled the free kick off the post and Mauro Gutierrez followed it up and put it away. Apotheos scored to equalize late in the first half to take the teams 1-1 into halftime. The second half started and Jay White won a ball and dribbled up to pass to Renan Diniz who then played a beautiful ball on the ground into the box to pick out Damean Dominguez who back heel flicked the ball to Kevin Pierre who put it in the net. Storm made some subs and brought on fresh legs including Alex Guzman who picked up a ball from Julio Neto at the top of the box to turn and find the back of the net. Apotheos scored in the 85th to make it 3-2 but it wasn’t enough and Storm held off to win 3-2. Our playoff push is ignited ⚡️
