How to Keep your head still in the golf swing.
But what does that actually mean?
Here’s the key takeaway.
If you stand flat and simply rotate, you’ll notice your shoulders rotate level — shoulder to shoulder.
But in the golf swing, we are bent over in posture.
When you rotate in that tilted position, your trail shoulder works down and underneath your chin. Your chin stays connected while the body rotates around it.
This is what helps the head APPEAR still during the swing.
Great ball strikers don’t force their head to stay frozen…They create proper rotation around a stable center.
When the trail shoulder works correctly underneath the chin:✔️ The swing becomes more centered✔️ Timing improves✔️ Tempo becomes smoother✔️ Contact becomes more consistent✔️ The golf swing becomes repeatable
