Paige achieves goals, sets new goals and is never satisfied! Her journey began in 2021 and her progress is beyond impressive! From being interested in improving her body composition, to our Sit-up Champion! Class wouldn’t be the same with you Paige! 🥳

You’ve all seen the many post of the famous Monttez Shackelford! We can’t stop bragging on his progress and effort. Once you think Monttez has hit a limit you remember, “he’s training at Apex and there’s no such thing as a plateau!” 👊

Construction has officially begun with our new parking lot! Demo has started today, directly in front of our gym. (Yes, it was supposed to begin a few stores over. But that’s okay!)

Current members and those whom have appointments in the next 2-3 weeks: please use caution and have awareness of your parking. Traffic cones are up to keep your vehicle parked in a safe location. 👍
