Could Ninja Training Help Your Child Become a Better Athlete?

If your child plays baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, football, gymnastics—or just loves being active—ninja obstacle training may offer benefits you haven't considered!

Ninja training develops strength, balance, coordination, agility, body control, grip strength, explosiveness, and confidence—the building blocks of athletic development that can complement almost any sport.

But how do these challenges and navigating obstacles actually translate to the sports your child already loves?

- We break it all down in our latest article!

Read the full article to learn why cross-training can be such a valuable part of your child's athletic development and how ninja training can help build the athlete underneath the athlete.

We're a bit late in posting the results and pictures from our USANC Qualifier this past weekend, but we still want to brag on our kids. Everyone who competed did really well, especially for those doing a competition for the first time!

I also want to thank all of our parents, grandparents, and friends that showed up and showed out. You didn't just come for your Ninja, but you rallied around every Ninja and showed tremendous support for all the athletes. We loved the way everyone showed up and brought the excitement for every athlete who competed. Many of our kids seemed to find more energy and push through some of those difficult obstacles like a light switch when the crowd got louder and I credit that to ya'll for really cheering them on!

Now to the results!!! The Top 3 listed below for the Main Course in each division will move on to compete in the South Regional in January right here in Carrollton!
