Our hearts are incredibly heavy as we mourn the loss of someone who meant so much to so many.
Casondra Young was truly a light in every room she walked intoβthe kind of person whose presence made things better simply because she was there. She was kind, encouraging, and one of the most supportive people you could ever hope to have beside you in a class. She celebrated others, lifted people up, and made everyone around her feel loved.
We are heartbroken for her family, her friends, and every person who had the privilege of knowing her. We are also holding the Godβs Gym community especially close.
Some people leave a mark that reaches far beyond the walls of a gym. She was one of those people.
Our entire CrossFit Carrollton family is grieving alongside everyone who loved her. She will be deeply missed and so fondly remembered. π€
