Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your heart, and that’s why movement can play such an important role. 💙

In this bellicon Talk clip, Amy Rivera shares a simple explanation of how rebounding supports lymphatic flow: the gentle bounce helps create a muscle-pumping action through the legs, which can help encourage lymphatic movement throughout the body.

For Amy, who has lived with primary lymphedema, rebounding became a way to bring movement back into her life in a way that felt accessible, joyful, and supportive.

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting a new movement routine, especially if you have lymphedema, mobility concerns, or a medical condition.

Bladder leakage with coughing, sneezing, laughing, or jumping is a lot more common than many people realize - and it can be frustrating, especially if it makes you feel hesitant about movement. 💜

That’s why we’re starting a new Pelvic Floor Thursday series. Each Thursday, we’ll share a video that addresses a specific pelvic floor concern and offers gentle, educational support.

This week’s topic: bladder leakage.

One important thing to know is that pelvic floor support is not just about squeezing as hard as possible. Often, it’s more helpful to focus on:

⭐️ releasing excess tension in the body
⭐️ breathing steadily
⭐️ gently connecting to the pelvic floor
⭐️ coordinating that engagement with movement
⭐️ starting with smaller, more controlled bouncing

The pelvic floor is part of a larger system that includes the core, breath, and posture. When those systems work together, movement can feel more supported and more manageable.

We hope this series helps make these conversations feel more approachable and less overwhelming.

If bladder leakage is new, worsening, painful, or affecting your quality of life, it’s always a good idea to speak with a pelvic floor physical therapist or healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

Be sure to check back next Thursday for the next video in the series. 💜

bellicon is more than just a one-stop shop for high-quality, durable rebounders. We’re also the education hub that helps trainers build successful, fun, and sold-out group classes.

Take Courtney, for example. 👇

She recently completed our in-person bellicon Jumping Weekend alongside 15 other enthusiastic trainers.
Just two weeks later? She’s teaching packed classes that members absolutely love.

This success story started when GymTonic decided to take a chance and bring bellicon to their new gym.
They sent 4 instructors to get certified, including Courtney, and the results were immediate.

It’s the power of:
✨ Prestige equipment that members trust.
✨ Quality instructor training that builds confidence.
✨ And motivated trainers ready to bring the best to their community.

Courtney is just one of thousands proving that the right setup leads to real results.

Finding movement that feels supportive can make such a difference, especially when your joints need a little extra care 💛

For so many in our community, gentle routines like this are not about pushing harder - they are about staying mobile, building confidence, and giving the body the kind of movement that feels good and doable. Low-impact exercise can help support balance, circulation, joint mobility, and the muscles that help keep us steady in everyday life.

Here is the 5-minute routine:

Close-chain bounce - 1 minute
Hip mobility exercise - 1 minute
Tip Toe - 1 minute
Arm circles - 1 minute
Balanced Knee Lift - 1 minute

This is the kind of routine you can return to when you want a gentle warm-up, a little movement in your day, or a simple way to help ease stiffness and reconnect with your body ✨

Would you try this for yourself, or share it with someone who could use a gentle place to start? Tell us in the comments 👇

Sometimes the changes start small. And then one day, you realize your body feels stronger, steadier, and more supported. 💛

With regular rebounding, many people start to notice improvements in balance, coordination, and overall body awareness. Because your body is constantly making small adjustments on the mat, the muscles that help support stability, posture, and control are gently challenged along the way.

That is one reason consistency matters so much. You do not need to do everything at once. Regular practice is what helps those small improvements build into meaningful changes over time. ✨

We love seeing the bellicon introduced in professional spaces where movement and recovery are the focus. 💜

Come with our bellicon trainer Fayth as she visited Taylor Physical Therapy & Wellness for a lunch & learn with their team of physical therapists! 🍴🧠 During the session, she shared ways the bellicon rebounder can be used thoughtfully in a PT setting - from gentle balance and coordination work to supporting circulation, lymphatic movement, and confidence with movement.

One of the most fun parts? The PTs were able to get on the bellicon themselves and experience how approachable and adaptable the movement can feel.

A big thank you to Taylor Physical Therapy & Wellness for welcoming us into your practice! 🙌

If your physical therapy office is interested in adding bellicons or scheduling bellicon training for your team, please reach out to us! We’d be happy to talk through what that could look like for your practice.

If you’ve had a hip or knee replacement, it’s completely understandable to wonder whether rebounding is still an option for you.

For many people, the key is starting gently and focusing on steady, controlled movement. The bellicon’s bungee suspension helps create a softer landing and smoother rebound, which may feel less jarring than exercising on harder surfaces.

In this routine, our trainer is also using a mini band and Pilates ball. These simple tools can help support alignment, body awareness, and control while bouncing. Especially through the hips, knees, and legs.

As always, everyone’s recovery and joint history is different. Please check with your doctor or physical therapist before starting any new exercise routine after a joint replacement. Once you’re cleared, begin with small, grounded movements and listen to your body. 💛

People ask us all the time: 'How popular are bellicon classes really?' 🤔

We could talk about our 1,700+ gyms worldwide, but nothing speaks louder than real results. Meet Tracy from Active7 in Glendora, Los Angeles. 🌟

Her studio is booming! Members were begging for more spots, so she didn't just add a class - she expanded her floor. Active7 started with 11 bellicons and just added 5 more, bringing the total to 16! Tracy is already planning another expansion later this year. 🚀

Proof that when members love it, they keep coming back.
