Aloha IMB Ohana,
I hope this message finds you all in great health.
It has come to our attention that there has been some speculation as to the affiliation of Wojtek Adamusik and the IMB.
Wojtek is a master instructor in good standing under the IMB. Wojtek began under the guidance of Sigung Richard S. Bustillo, and continues till today to work with the current leadership of the IMB.
Wojtek has been a long time affiliate and member of the IMB Ohana. On many occasions I had shared the mat with him under the instruction of Sigung Richard when he was still with us.
In order to prevent future misunderstandings, we will be adding an affiliate instructor directory on the official IMB website, to be completed in the near future.

This Sunday we will be hosting Sifu Andrew Kimura for a seminar honoring his father Sigung Taky Kimura.

Exactly one year after we lost Sigung Richard, we lost Sifu Steve Edwards. He was a great martial artist, instructor, sparring partner and brother. He was quick with his hands and feet, as he was with a good burn. He is truly missed. Mahalo brother for all help, support and laughs.

Happy to see all the familiar faces tonight for our RSB memorial webinar. Three years ago today Sigung Richard passed and we like to honor his memory through sharing and training with all the IMB Ohana. It is with a heavy heart that we express our condolences to the Bustillo Ohana on the passing of Simu Mary Bustillo, Sigung Richard's beloved wife. She was always available to support the IMB in all of its endeavors, especially after the passing of Sigung Richard. She was sharp, loving and generous--and a true match for Sigung Richard. She was surrounded by her loved ones as she went home to be with Sigung Richard on Friday, September 13.
