Corrective of the day!! 💥Bretzel Stretch💥 it’s a dynamic stretch to lengthen the quad while increasing mobility in the T-Spine. Sync up your breathing cycle to movement. Exhale as you slowly drop your shoulder to the ground, and inhale as you reset up to the top.

Trying out one of my old gymnastic circuits on the rings and let’s just say it’s not what it used to be. I’ve lost some shoulder strength and mobility and I’m eager to get it back.
