Our Primary & Prep Divisions are designed for young dancers to build strong foundations, confidence, and a genuine love of dance—all in an encouraging, age-appropriate environment. 🩰💗

🌸 PRIMARY | Ages 4–5
One-hour combination classes introduce dancers to ballet while giving them the opportunity to explore: Jazz, Tap, or Acro. Classes blend technique, creativity, musicality, and movement concepts to keep little dancers learning and engaged.

👑 PREP | Ages 6–7
Our one-hour combination classes take those foundations to the next level with Ballet + Jazz, Tap, or Acro, helping dancers develop coordination, strength, technique, and confidence as they prepare for our Mini Division.

💗 Ages 4–7
✨ Ballet + Jazz, Tap, or Acro

🦋 AUGUST AT CROWN🦋
Our immersive curriculum brings learning to life through movement! Each month, dancers explore a new theme alongside a technique focus and an interrelated expectation—creating connections between what they experience in the studio, what they’re learning in school, and how they understand and use their bodies.

🦋 Primary, Prep & Mini Divisions
Theme: Butterflies
Technique Focus: Arms
Interrelated Expectation: Right vs. Left
Our younger dancers will use the imagery and movement of butterflies to explore beautiful arm pathways while strengthening their understanding of right and left, coordination, and body awareness.

✨ Junior & Senior Divisions
Theme: Artistry
Technique Focus: Placement & Port de Bras
Interrelated Expectation: Lat Engagement
Our older dancers will take those concepts deeper—exploring how correct placement and engagement support expressive port de bras, helping them understand not just what a movement looks like, but how the body creates it.

From our youngest dancers to our most advanced, every part of our curriculum is intentionally connected—technique, creativity, anatomy, and artistry working together to develop the whole dancer. 👑
