Happy holidays everyone!! Our December calendar now is up (sorry about the November one). Please note that we will be closed on the 22nd and will reopen on January 8th. Have a safe and Merry Christmas and let's start 2024 with a KIYAH!!!!

The Fall Festival was a big hit! Ms. Malika and I did kick/punch drills with almost 200 kids in 3 hours and gave out a ton of candy! I'm very happy with the way things went and hopefully we'll should have some new students after all this soon!

Unfortunately, being out in the cold also gave me a cold. So for the health and safety of my students we will not have class today.

I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween!

Happy Halloween Everyone!!! This is going to be a fun month, but first off, we will be closed the first week in October. We are also participating in "Trunk or Treat" at The Rock Fitness in Cartersville and we are planning to do a Halloween party at our school this month. Stay tuned for more details about. As always, have fun, but be safe always!

Summer Rank Testing

The September Calendar is now up and the outside temps are starting to go down. The Fall weather is on the way! Congrats to all my students who passed their rank testing. I'm beyond proud of you!

Due to all the recent changes, we are going to push rank testing to September 1st. That will give our new students an opportunity to train and see if they will be ready for rank testing by that time. I will update the calendar with the date change as soon as I can.

RANK TESTING TIME IS HERE!!! Get ready to move to the next rank!! Our schedule has changed a little for those who prefer individual training starting this month. Good luck everyone!

The July calendar is now up. Everyone stay cool!

I sparred my student Ms. Nicole and she landed an amazing back leg inside cresent kick to my head! She caught me with my hands down and almost made my helmet (and my head) twist a full 360!!

She went from kicking low to kicking high! I can't express how proud of her I am and all her progress.

Hello everyone! My apologies for not posting a June calendar. It was a very busy month and it completely slipped my mind. I will definitely post July calendar. Please make note we will be closed the third and the fourth of July.

SPRING RANK TESTING WAS AWESOME!!!

Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY'S performance was AMAZING! The forms looked fantastic and everyone's sparring was beyond exciting!! Congratulations to all my students for moving to their next belt rank and a new learning experience in Taekwondo!!! I'm beyond proud of you all!!

A very special congratulations to Ms. Malika and Ms. Nyla, who are officially BLACK BELT martial artist!! You stuck with me from the beginning and allowed me to be your instructor. Words can't express the joy I have in my heart for that!
