8u North GA Aces

The 9u North GA Aces will be holding open workouts for the Fall 2016 / Spring 2017 season on July 9 & 16 with the formal tryout July 23, 1:00 - 3:00 pm. This will be a full open tryout with all positions and playing slots available for competition. Players cannot turn 10 years old before May 1, 2017 to be eligible for this team. If a private tryout is desired, we can accommodate this as well. Full confidentiality will be honored.

The Aces are a 9u travel team competing at the highest level available for this age group. At 8u Kid Pitch the Aces were one of the top teams in GA and are looking for enthusiastic players who are ready to challenge themselves at the next level. Our 2016 results can be found on USSSA and Triple Crown Baseball websites. Our philosophy is to challenge each player and encourage their desire to always do their best while teaching the basic fundamentals of baseball. We are based out of the Cartersville area, practicing (indoor and outdoor) at a few different facilities throughout Bartow County. We will have a light Fall league to allow (and encourage) players to participate in other sports and will play a full Spring schedule with 2-3 tournaments per month March – June / early July. We are a not for profit team and fundraise for a portion of our expenses.

Aces finished 3rd in USSSA State against the best competition in GA. Really proud of the boys for not only taking on the challenge of moving into kid pitch when most stay coach pitch but also excelling in a select group of talented teams. Good job boys ♠️⚾️!!

Bartow County Coaches , both baseball and softball, my name is Joe Joe Robinson, and I am a Co-Director of the Cartersville-Bartow County Challenger League. We are a league for kids and young adults who cannot play in a normally structured league due to various reasons. We are in dire need of "Buddies" to come out and devote about 2 hours of their time on a Saturday morning at 10am and play along side and support our athletes.
