Yesterday we had the honor of being able a sponsor for the Backpack Buddies 5k in Downtown Cartersville and it was such a great experience! We are so grateful to be rooted in a community who gives back so effortlessly and to be in a county and town that cares so much. Thursday at 8am we will be helping stuff backpacks at Trinity Methodist Church just across the street if anyone wants to join!

won the Dark Iron Society Falcons Tickets Giveaway and took her family to see the Broncos vs Falcons game. Sarah snapped a few picts for us to share. So glad we were able to give our great members a little something extra.
We had some requests for more machines to work Glutes, so we picked up a Glute Kickback Machine. This is a great machine for women and men. Come in and give it a try. Thank you for the demonstation video.

We Sponsored and help Judge a Hyrox Event that was put on by former UGA Football Defensive Back Quincy Mauger. It was a great turnout and everyone that participated finished the grueling course. I have mad respect for their cardio endurance. We will be posting the date for the next one soon. All the winners received a week pass to Dark Iron Society. Congratulations!

Come out on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 7:30am, and compete in a FREE Hyrox Workout that is being put on by former UGA Bulldog and Atlanta Falcon player Quincy Mauger. Dark Iron Society will be sponsoring this event and giving away a Free Week Pass to the winners. The event will be a North Paulding High School and we have attached a registration form to this post.
