Feeling overwhelmed by the holiday hustle? Take a pause and gift yourself a moment of calm.
Join us for a beginner-friendly meditation class to help you release stress and enter the new year with more ease and clarity. No experience needed-everyone is welcome.
Come as you are and get comfortable in any position that works for you: seated, on cushions, or lying down. Our guidance is gentle, inclusive, and adaptable. If you have specific needs, just let us know.
Members: $52
Non-members: $65

Is not to many pictures of my husband in Facebook or Instagram because he doesn’t want me to post it! But not too many people know that I meet my husband on my birthday in Costa Rica in the national theater of Comedy, August 12, 2005. He asked me out that night; and I said NO. But we when out the next night, and we are being together ever since!

What Is Gratitude?
Gratitude is one of many positive emotions. It's about focusing on what's good in our lives and being thankful for the things we have.
Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even computer access. It's taking a moment to reflect on how fortunate we are when something good happens — whether it's a small thing or a big thing.
