Stomach Vacuums every day — Another one of my tools. This one exercise 1) squeezes and massages my digestive organs (which are muscles, btw). Do you think massage helps muscle to function optimally? 2) pulls in a tightens my deep transverse abdominal muscles, protecting the low back and helping to keep the waist looking trim; 3) helps with productive elimination; and 4) strengthens the re**us abdominis, QL and obliques, so it is a great mid section exercise all by itself

We had so much amazing food during our cruise vacay! Now it is time to do some ZigZagging😎. What a great tool for resetting the body’s systems💪🏾👊🏾

Ready to set sail 🚢. Got these swim trunks many months ago just for our up coming cruise. What a way to celebrate the best year ever. Kim-Chi is 55, I am 60, TBM has had its best 1st quarter in years, and we are looking forward to many more DECADES.

Junk food day breakfast! This from Panera Bread, with sausage, bacon, egg and cheese, on a cheesy bagel. Oh, and “The Man” will cringe at what I have planned to eat for the rest of this day😎

Last workout before heading to the beach today💪🏾. It always feels great to make that deposit into my wellth bank. It isn’t easy, which is also why it needs to be done. How many days this week have you spent at least ONE SOLID CONTIGUOUS HOUR with vigorous exercise? Be honest. Remember, exercise is the number one deposit you can make.
