As an EOS implementer I coach leadership teams to gain vision, traction, and organizational health. My wife, Leigh Ann, is a retired school teacher.

With over 30 years in leadership roles, the last 15+ of which have been in business ownership, I've enjoyed spending most of my time with Entrepreneurs and small business owners. In addition, I have 5 adult children, 2 of whom are married, 2 grandchildren and 3 french bulldogs.
