Our next Sacred Sound Bath with Garth Robertson is coming up on July 17th. ๐โจ
This immersive ceremonial experience blends sound, stillness, and subtle sensory awareness to create space for rest, reflection, and inner reset.
Rooted in ancient traditions, the journey gently supports a return to balance, clarity, and presence. Through instruments gathered from around the world โ guitar, overtone singing, chimes, Tibetan and quartz bowls, flute, gong, frame drum, tuning forks, and didgeridoo โ Garth shapes a rich, multi-layered soundscape that invites profound relaxation and restoration.
Each participant helps co-create a sacred container, opening a shared pathway into deeper self-awareness and collective healing. All are welcome โ beginners encouraged. ๐

Relax โข Restore โข Rejuvenate โจ
Join us for an extended, all-levels practice with Anne Bequet
$40 | 2:30 โ 4:30
This longer class open to all levels and lead in a dimmed atmosphere will mindfully allow students to move the spine in all directions. It will integrate gentle movement, offer guided visualisation and breathing techniques. The full support of the body and the long holds in each posture will offer time and space for individuals to be present and start listening inward.
The gentle floor based sequence will use props (blankets, bolsters and blocks) to encourage the body relaxation response and cultivate presence. Bringing personal items such as a journal, an eye pillow and a soft blanket for this self-care would be an awesome addition.
The practice will allow time for reflection (journaling), questions and conversation. Students will receive a list of poses to begin their own practice at home. Come as you are, and give yourself the time to pause. ๐ซ

Student of the Month: Anna Loboda
May's student of the month goes to Anna, who showed up in a big way โ 19 classes this month! Her dedication and bright energy are felt throughout the studio, and she brings such genuine warmth to the C*C community.
Anna, we're so glad you're part of our collective. Thank you for all that you bring! ๐
Anna wanted to share, 'I really like classes at C*C and my favorite classes are both Alison's and Heather's. My favorite asanas are all Warriors types (except Warrior III). I love yoga for its slow, but sure effect on the body and mind, and for attention on breathing exercises. Overall my favorite practice.'

Embrace the Light โ The Solstice Is Coming
The summer solstice is nearly here - the moment when the sun reaches its fullest expression, flooding the world with warmth and radiance. In yogic tradition, this is a powerful time of expansion, vitality, and turning inward to meet your own inner light.
It's an invitation to pause, breathe, and honor the energy of this season i to rise with the sun, open your heart, and celebrate all that is blooming within you.
And we're marking this sacred moment together.
Our Summer Solstice Event is a chance to gather, move, and bask in the light - a celebration of the season and the community that makes it shine brighter.
Stay with us - details are just ahead. โ๏ธ
