Owning a gym has been a huge dream of mine and this opportunity is an even bigger blessing. I can’t thank Rob enough for everything and for seeing something in me worth investing in.

I’m excited to grow this gym and its community!

We want to congratulate and give a long overdue appreciation post for and .lifts for their performances at this years Nationals in Memphis!!

Both women had podium finishes with Allison bringing home the gold and Savannah with a bronze.

These two are always extremely kind and great energies to be around in the gym and we are happy to see them succeed in these big moments!!!

Jay Thompson competed at USAPL Nationals and walked away as a National Champion!!!!

If you’ve been to the gym, you’ve probably met Jay and know how hard he works as well as how much he wants everyone else to succeed.
