It's that time again! Come out of winter hibernation and join the pool party every Saturday at 10am starting February 4, 2023 at Glenaire Continuing Care Retirement Community, 4000 Glenaire Circle in Cary NC. $7 per class, $60 for a 10-class pass.
No class on 4/1 (Glenaire Run/Walkathon), 4/8 (Easter weekend), or 5/27 (Memorial Day Weekend)
From the Main entrance, take the stairs or elevator to the lower level and follow the signs to the locker room and pool.
Please bring your own towel, locker lock, and water bottle, and wear a one-piece bathing suit or tight-fitting shorts with a tee and water shoes or socks.

Thank you for you interest in joining the Aqua Zumba Pool Party Saturday mornings from 10am - 10:45am at Glenaire, 4000 Glenaire Circle in Cary. Please arrive by 9:45am. Class starts promptly at 10am. Gen II is a mother-daughter team who has been leading class together for over 8 years.

Heads up!!
AQUA ZUMBA CANCELLED TODAY SATURDAY, 8/14/2021 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID19
Zumba Fram I am sorry to announce that Zumba is cancelled. I got a call late afternoon yesterday informing me of the growing number of outbreaks in Senior facilities and our team has been activated to go assist a faculty with a sudden outbreak. COVID outbreaks in Senior facilities have more than doubled in the last week and growing fast. We want to keep our Glenaire Continuing Care Retirement Community safe.
Please remember to get vaccinated and if you are vaccinated wear a mask in public indoor or crowded outdoor spaces, mask up children in public areas ages 2 and up, use the 3Ws: wash hands, wear masks, wait 6ft apart.
If you have been exposed or have symptoms. Get tested and quarantine until results are in. If you test positive, contact people you have been in close proximity with for a long period of time so they get tested.
At home, isolate yourselves from other family members until symptoms go away or you get a negative test result. If you live alone, reach out to your doctor to set up telehealth Services and/or call local food hubs to have food delivered to you.

My Aqua Zumba classes are starting up again NEXT SATURDAY, Jan. 26th! We have have from 13 to 99 year old in my class so you can do this too!
$7 Walk-Ins; Ask about out SESSION PASS price.
Doors open at 10am, there is a locker room and showers. We will start at 10:15 am.
It’s a 30 minute class! There is a hot tub so you can always jump in that after.
