Isaiah went to NEWBREED Jiu Jitsu Federation in Virginia and got gold in the gi and silver in the no-gi. 🥇🥈

Hedrick went to the IBJJF New York Summer Open and got gold and silver in the gi.

We’re very proud of these two students for putting in the work. 🥋

Just a solid group getting better together during today’s noon class. 🥋

No matter your experience level, everyone starts somewhere. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to keep showing up, learning, and helping each other improve every day.

2 weeks. Countless memories. 💙

These last 2 weeks were about so much more than learning jiu-jitsu, judo, wrestling, agility, and speed.

Our campers challenged themselves, built confidence, learned to work as a team, showed respect, practiced discipline, found courage in trying new things, and discovered what they’re capable of when they don’t give up.

Thank you to all of the families who trusted us with your kids this summer. It was an incredible week, and we can’t wait to do it again! 🦅🥋

Congratulations to one of our students and coaches for earning gold last weekend at the Virginia Open.

Professor Brian leads by example and constantly pushes himself at these tournaments. This is his second gold in 2 months.
